Bldg/Grnds Spec III - 60011354 - ENGIN

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assists in the cleaning of 31 facilities to include 64,791 square feet of carpet, and 7,610 square feet of ceramic tile.
• Responsible for cleaning of 57 latrines, 46 urinals, 105 lavatories, 31 showers and 556 storefront windows.
• Monitors the refuse collection to ensure that containers are emptied on a scheduled basis.
• Monitors recycling program for the Civil Engineering Facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma and custodial or groundskeeping experience directly related to the area of employment.
• Valid South Carolina Driver’s license (must be maintained).
• Ability to lift 35 pounds unassisted.
