Responsibilities

• Create and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently
• Send invoices to customers and support day-to-day billing activities
• Process a high volume of billing transactions while maintaining accuracy
• Review billing information for completeness and accuracy
• Support the team with billing-related questions and issue resolution
• Follow established billing and revenue processes
• Work effectively in a high-volume environment with significant transaction activity
• Learn and apply company-specific billing and revenue procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• 0–3 years of billing, invoicing, accounting, finance, or related experience
• Recent finance or accounting graduates will be considered
• Prior billing or invoicing experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with high transaction volume
• Comfortable working with repetitive, detail-oriented processes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Coachable, dependable, and proactive approach to work

Collections-focused experience alone is not considered directly relevant to this position.
