Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator
About the role
The Van Drunen Family of Companies is growing! Location: Momence, IL. (1 hour south of Chicago)Expected Pay Range: $25-$30/hr, non-exemptBonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Serve full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and pre-employment screenings.
- Serve as the main point of contact for temporary staffing by coordinating with agencies, managing onboarding, and processing timecards and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records and workflows in the applicant tracking system while generating reports and tracking recruiting metrics.
- Cook up onboarding and partner with the training team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Aid with HR reporting, surveys, and administrative support while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role supporting a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in ATS or LMS systems preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required with demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Qualifications
