Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative
This is a contract, fully remote position based in Kissimmee, FL.
About the role
Deliver the highest level of customer service experience. Engage with customers over the phone, reply to online chat inquiries, and help customers manage their accounts. Verify eligibility for coverages and review healthcare options.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
