Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative

Location: 100% Remote
Shift: Open availability required between 7:45 AM – 10:00 PM (local time)
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST

About the role

Join a growing team supporting consumers during open enrollment and make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your home. This is a fully remote, contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account creation, password resets, document uploads, and general account support.
• Handle inbound phone calls and online chat inquiries while providing exceptional customer service.
• Verify customer eligibility, explain healthcare coverage options, and resolve issues through effective problem-solving.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
• Strong computer navigation and software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
• Recent, stable work history with strong professionalism and communication skills.
• Backgrounds in customer-facing retail, hospitality, or food service may also be considered.
• Must be comfortable learning new systems, procedures, and compliance requirements.
