About the role
This is a fully remote, contract position based out of Houston, TX. You must be flexible to work between 7:45am–10:00pm.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience.
- Answer customer calls, reset passwords, assist with creating accounts, upload documents, and answer general questions.
- Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries.
- Help customers manage their accounts, verify eligibility for coverages, and review healthcare options.
- Problem-solve by finding creative solutions to consumer problems that arise.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely manner.
- Be an expert on the company, product, and policies.
- Display flexibility and willingness to accept constantly changing project/program updates.
- Demonstrate corporate values on a consistent basis.
- Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams.
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels.
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies.
- Perform administrative duties, including inputting customer information into a database and other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to complete 2 virtual assessments and send a photo of home work setup.
- Must be bilingual.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.00–$19.00 per hour. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
