Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative
About the Role
This position involves speaking with Medicare/Medicaid eligibility recipients about their healthcare coverages, options, and eligibility. You will assist consumers with account creation, management, and password resets, while also handling document uploads and responding to customer inquiries via phone and online chat. Additional responsibilities include updating billing and payment preferences, and being available for special projects in a rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the phone and via online chat to address inquiries about healthcare coverages and eligibility.
- Assist consumers with account creation, management, and password resets.
- Upload documents while handling inbound calls from consumers.
- Update billing and payment preferences for customers.
- Work on special projects as needed in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Service and/or Call Center experience.
- 2+ years of Remote/WFH experience.
- Experience assisting customers over the phone via inbound or outbound calls.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to troubleshoot home equipment issues (Internet Familiarization Assessment required).
Schedule
- Available for full schedule range Monday through Saturday (7:45 AM to 8:15 PM EST).
- Saturday shifts only available during open enrollment (OEP).
- Schedules may change to accommodate OEP; flexibility is required.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 per hour.
