Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative
This is a fully remote, contract position based out of Miami, FL. The anticipated application deadline is Aug 8, 2026.
About the role
Deliver the highest level of customer service experience by engaging with customers over the phone and online chat, assisting with account management, verifying eligibility for coverages, and reviewing healthcare options. Be an expert on company products and policies, demonstrating flexibility and adherence to regulated communication guidelines. Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required, with eligibility to proceed dependent on passing required exams.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and online chat inquiries
- Reset passwords and assist with creating accounts
- Upload documents and answer general customer questions
- Help customers manage their accounts and verify eligibility for coverages
- Review healthcare options with customers
- Find creative solutions to consumer problems and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Diagnose, assess, and troubleshoot problems or issues
- Display flexibility and willingness to accept changing project/program updates
- Demonstrate corporate values consistently
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
- Input customer information into a database
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned
- Troubleshoot equipment issues while working from home (Internet Familiarization Assessment required)
Requirements
- Professional customer service or call center experience preferred, but open to high-level retail/food service backgrounds
- Recent work history with no large gaps in tenure
- Ability to troubleshoot home equipment issues
- Must pass an Internet Familiarization Assessment
- Must demonstrate understanding of workflow processes
- Must provide well-rounded responses to specific questions
- Must show ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
- Must demonstrate productivity, professionalism, and helpfulness
- Entry-level role; no prior experience required beyond stated qualifications

Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
