Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems is seeking a contract Customer Service Representative for a fully remote position based in Denver, CO. This is an entry-level role.

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver the highest level of customer service experience, engage with customers over the phone and via online chat, and help customers manage their accounts. You will also verify eligibility for coverages and review healthcare options.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and assist with password resets, account creation, and document uploads
• Answer general customer questions via phone and online chat
• Verify customer eligibility for coverages and review healthcare options
• Problem-solve by finding creative solutions to consumer issues
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Become an expert on the company, product, and policies
• Display flexibility and adapt to constantly changing project or program updates
• Demonstrate corporate values consistently
• Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing; pass required exams to proceed through certifications
• Adhere to regulated communication guidelines across all channels
• Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
• Input customer information into a database
• Perform various administrative duties as assigned

Pay

The pay range for this position is $19.00 per hour.
