Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and ensuring a positive first impression
- Connecting patients with appropriate care providers and resources
- Managing patient information and scheduling appointments
- Providing support and guidance throughout the patient journey
- Ensuring a welcoming and comfortable clinic environment
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field (not required but preferred)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
