Bilingual (Korean/English) Warehouse Customer Service Representative
About the role
CJ Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Customer Communication – Handle all customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Schedule & Organize – Manage shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules up to date.
- Paperwork Perfection – Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation accurately.
- Dock & Yard Coordination – Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure efficiency.
- Team Player – Work collaboratively with shift leads and assist in shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Shipping & Receiving Experience (optional, but preferred)

$21.00 - $26.25 per hour

1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm)
