Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication – Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations.
  • Schedule & Organize – Keep things moving! Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track.
  • Paperwork Perfection – Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy—because details matter!
  • Dock & Yard Coordination – Keep the flow efficient! Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Team Player – Work closely with shift leads and jump in to support shipping and receiving when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required)
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better!

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
