Bilingual (Korean/English) Warehouse Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Customer Communication – Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations.
- Schedule & Organize – Keep things moving! Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track.
- Paperwork Perfection – Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy—because details matter!
- Dock & Yard Coordination – Keep the flow efficient! Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Team Player – Work closely with shift leads and jump in to support shipping and receiving when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better!
Qualifications
Must be bi-lingual work proficient in Korean and English.
Skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule
1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
