Bilingual Japanese Programmatic Trader

About the role

Join MiQ’s growing trading team in one of its fastest-growing global regions. You'll work collaboratively with sales, account management, product, and analytics on some of the world’s most known brands.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure they perform optimally.
• Setup campaigns to succeed from day 1 using critical thinking and analytical skills to analyze complex data sets.
• Troubleshoot campaign challenges and implement optimizations within DSPs.
• Work across multiple technology platforms including DSPs, internal BI, ad servers, attribution, and brand safety.
• Deliver and forecast incremental results.
• Provide avails, pricing, and strategy recommendations for new campaigns.
• Partner with the trading team to enhance internal tools and processes.
• Test new trading products to help drive future enhancements.
• Communicate strategy and optimizations to internal and external partners.
• Act with curiosity, finding new and better ways of working and applying solutions to unarticulated needs.

Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese (Native/N1/N2 levels).
• Speaks English fluently.
• Open to training in programmatic advertising.
• Experience with large datasets in Excel and BI tools.
• Experience with Xandr, DV360, The Trade Desk, or any DSP.
• 1+ years’ experience running programmatic campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hard skills: Analytical skills are essential. Experience with Xandr, DV360, The Trade Desk, or any DSP preferred. 1+ years’ experience running programmatic campaigns preferred.
