About the role
Oversees daily administration of multiple benefit-related human resource programs and services, including health and welfare plans, retirement savings plans, work/life/wellness, or other agency-sponsored programs and union-sponsored programs. Supports the Director or Benefits for the contact of benefit carrier and acts as liaison between employees and third-party administrators or service providers to resolve or answer claim issues and services-related concerns.
Qualifications
Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.
