Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
- Escort guests to guest rooms and explain resort amenities and services
- Provide information regarding local attractions, dining, and entertainment
- Deliver messages, packages, and guest requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, entrance areas, golf carts, and courtesy van
- Support Front Office operations and participate in team meetings
- Respond promptly to guest needs and requests to ensure an exceptional experience
- Follow resort service standards and safety procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and dependable with a positive work ethic
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry luggage and guest items
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
