Qualifications

- Greet guests with genuine hospitality and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience - Manage reservations, room assignments, billing, and cash handling accurately - Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally - Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services to exceed guest expectations - Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, winery offerings, spa services, and local attractions - Uphold brand standards, policies, and procedures at all times

Requirements

- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Professional appearance and positive attitude - Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus
