About the role
The Front Desk Agent at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is responsible for creating exceptional first impressions and delivering memorable guest experiences. This role requires a warm, professional, and service-driven individual who can manage reservations, room assignments, billing, and cash handling accurately.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with genuine hospitality and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Manage reservations, room assignments, billing, and cash handling accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Cook up to coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, winery offerings, spa services, and local attractions
- Uphold brand standards, policies, and procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
