Behavioral Health Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Aiding facilities and referral sources with administrative duties such as patient consents.
• Presenting information about ViaQuest's services to groups and individuals.
• Visiting facilities, setting up meetings, attending conferences, and marketing events.
• Distributing company literature and building relationships in the community.
• Tracking referral data and outcomes.
• Following up with referral sources and patients to ensure quality services are provided.
• Collaborating with internal teams to market current and new programs.
• Responding to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families, referral sources, and community providers.
• Conducting research on opportunities to exhibit and promote services.

Requirements

• Experience working in or with SNFs preferred.
• Two years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare field preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a comfortable level with public speaking.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive, go-getter attitude.
• Day travel required (approximately 25% statewide).
