Behavioral Health Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Aiding facilities and referral sources with administrative tasks such as patient consents.
• Presenting information about ViaQuest’s services to various groups and individuals.
• Visiting facilities, organizing meetings, attending conferences, and promoting services in the community.
• Tracking referrals and their outcomes.
• Contacting referral sources and patients to ensure they receive quality services.
• Collaborating with internal teams to market both current and new programs.
• Responding to inquiries and concerns from families, referral sources, and community providers.
• Conducting research to identify and promote service opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience working in or with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) is preferred.
• Two years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare field is preferred.
• A strong ability to communicate effectively and a comfortable level with public speaking.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive, proactive attitude.
