Behavioral Health Development Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Aiding facilities and referral sources with administrative tasks such as patient consents.
- Presenting information about ViaQuest’s services to various groups and individuals.
- Making visits to facilities, setting up meetings, attending conferences, and marketing events.
- Distributing company literature and building relationships within the community.
- Tracking referral data and outcomes, as well as following up with referral sources and patients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to market both current and new programs.
- Responding to inquiries, complaints, and questions from families, referral sources, and community providers.
- Conducting research to identify and promote potential opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience working in or with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) is preferred.
- Two years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare field is preferred.
- A strong ability to communicate effectively and a comfortable level with public speaking.
- An exceptional level of customer service.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude.
Day travel is required (approximately 50% statewide).

Responsibilities also include tracking referrals, following up with patients, and responding to inquiries.
