Behavioral Health Coordinator
About the role
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health seeks a Behavioral Health Program Coordinator for community group homes in the Berwyn, Paoli, and Bryn Mawr areas. The role aligns with Devereux's mission to maximize human potential, individuality, growth, self‑realization and independence. As a Program Coordinator you will direct the daily operation of assigned residential facilities to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate with Center Leadership to oversee residential program supervisors and staff to ensure individuals are safe, healthy, and living in a clean environment.
