About the Role
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designs, implements, and oversees individualized ABA programs to support individuals with autism. They collaborate with families and team members to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care while leading and mentoring Behavior Technicians to deliver exceptional services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and tailor ABA programs to meet client needs
- Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians
- Utilize data collection tools to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment
Requirements
- Valid BCBA certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Oklahoma or in process of licensure
- Experience in developing and implementing client programs within ABA
- Pass criminal background check, TB test, and immunizations
