Behavior Analyst (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services via telehealth
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and adjust treatment strategies to promote functional skills, communication, and independence
• Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians and caregivers
• Collaborate closely with families and a clinical team to ensure effective service delivery

Qualifications And Skills

• Certification as a BCBA
• Experience in ABA therapy, preferably with autistic children
• Strong assessment, planning, and supervision skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to client-centered, compassionate care
