Behavior Analyst (Full-Time)

We are seeking a Clinic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a clinic setting for school-aged clients. Key responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, designing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with families and school teams, and providing caregiver training to support client progress.
