Behavior Analyst (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation
• Oversee treatment programming
• Collaborate with caregivers
• Develop and lead team members
• Implement innovative ABA methods such as Relational Frame Theory (RFT)
• Maintaining an ethical caseload
• Ensuring client progress
• Fostering a fun, collaborative, non-bureaucratic culture focused on work-life balance

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field
• Strong competency in behavior reduction and skill acquisition techniques
• Proven leadership in managing clinical teams
• Excellent collaboration with clients and caretakers
• Leadership, passion, vision, and the ability to serve as an advocate within the ABA community are essential
