Behavior Analyst (Full-Time)

About the role

Provide high-quality, data-driven ABA therapy in a supportive environment. Oversee treatment plans, utilize evidence-based practices, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement across diverse settings such as home, community, and clinic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation with streamlined systems
• Work with a small caseload (6-11 clients) to ensure quality services

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Virginia licensure or eligibility
• Master’s degree in a related field
• At least 1 year of driving experience

Qualifications

• Experience with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (preferred)
