Responsibilities
- Oversee treatment plans for a small caseload (6-11 clients)
- Apply evidence-based ABA and complementary practices
- Train caregivers and enhance family engagement
- Coordinate care
- Maintain accurate documentation through streamlined systems
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Virginia licensure (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Driver’s license with 1+ years of driving experience
Qualifications
Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
