Responsibilities

  • Oversee treatment plans for a small caseload (6-11 clients)
  • Apply evidence-based ABA and complementary practices
  • Train caregivers and enhance family engagement
  • Coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate documentation through streamlined systems

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Virginia licensure (or eligibility)
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Driver’s license with 1+ years of driving experience

Qualifications

Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
