About the role
We are seeking a qualified Behavior Analyst to provide family-centered, integrated care focused on pediatric clients.
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, ABLLS, Vineland) and monitoring child progress based on data
- Providing feedback to RBTs and guiding family treatment plans
- Participating in collaboration and stakeholder meetings
- Covering direct sessions as needed to ensure treatment continuity
- Meeting BACB supervision standards and maintaining professional compliance
Requirements
- Master’s Degree and BACB Certification as a Behavior Analyst
- Licensure or licensure eligibility through relevant state boards
- Experience with pediatric populations and playfulness/creativity in approach
- Reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification
Skills
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, lead, and resolve conflicts effectively
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Physical and Technical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and move quickly for client safety
- Manual dexterity for device navigation
- Proficiency with technology
