About the role
Join a clinician-led organization as a BCBA, focusing on delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide ethical and effective ABA therapy to a manageable caseload (8–10 clients).
- Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to program development.
- Mentor and supervise future BCBAs, if preferred.
- Participate in community events and promote positive client outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree and BCBA certification or in progress (new graduates welcome).
- Passion for helping children with autism and their families thrive.
- Strong ethical standards, creativity, and collaborative spirit.
