Behavior Analyst - Full-Time

About the role

The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops and supervises behavior intervention plans tailored to children with autism, based on medical necessity. They assess learners using tools like ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK, and Vineland, and create individualized goals for diverse settings including center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and provide direct therapy when needed
• Conduct parent trainings
• Supervise staff and support training initiatives
• Participate in meetings with parents and stakeholders
• Emphasize staff development and performance reviews
• Maintain a supportive work environment

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field
• BCBA certification
• Michigan licensure
• Experience working with youth with autism
