Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee individualized, evidence-based programs for autistic children in home and community settings.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop or modify treatment plans accordingly.
  • Supervise behavior technicians to ensure quality implementation of interventions.
  • Provide parent training to support generalization and consistency of treatment.
  • Collaborate closely with families and a clinical team in a client-centered, compassionate environment.
  • Maintain high standards of care and continuous improvement through ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Certification as a BCBA.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with families and team members.
  • Ability to conduct FBAs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care and professional growth.
