Responsibilities
- Design and oversee individualized, evidence-based programs for autistic children in home and community settings.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop or modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Supervise behavior technicians to ensure quality implementation of interventions.
- Provide parent training to support generalization and consistency of treatment.
- Collaborate closely with families and a clinical team in a client-centered, compassionate environment.
- Maintain high standards of care and continuous improvement through ongoing training and supervision.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification as a BCBA.
- Experience in designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with families and team members.
- Ability to conduct FBAs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care and professional growth.
