Responsibilities
- Design and oversee individualized, evidence-based programs for autistic children in home and community settings.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop or modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Supervise behavior technicians ensuring high-quality implementation of interventions.
- Provide training and support to parents to promote effective strategies and reinforce progress.
- Collaborate closely with families and a clinical team in a client-centered, compassionate environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certification as a BCBA required.
- Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral assessments, and treatment plan development.
- Strong supervision, communication, and collaboration skills.
