About the role
We are seeking a skilled ABA Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Assess learners using tools like ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP
- Create tailored treatment goals
- Monitor progress
- Provide direct therapy as needed
- Supervise staff
- Conduct parent training
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings
Qualifications
- A master’s degree in a related field
- BCBA certification
- Current state licensure
- Experience with youth diagnosed with autism
