Behavior Analyst - Full-Time

About the role

As a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will lead ABA therapy services in a clinic setting, managing a caseload of 8-12 patients. You will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team that includes speech, occupational, and physical therapists, ensuring comprehensive care tailored to each child's needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
• Coach behavior technicians and caregivers to implement effective interventions
• Lead patient treatment plans and oversee technician implementation
• Partner with families to empower caregivers with ABA principles
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification or eligibility within one month
• Experience in developing and implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans
• Supervisory experience with behavior technicians
