About the Role
As a Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within an outpatient ABA program, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children with autism, focusing on skills such as communication, social interaction, self-help, and motor skills. You will supervise behavior technicians, conduct assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including speech, occupational, and physical therapists. Parents and caregivers are engaged to reinforce strategies outside sessions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 8-12 patients, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Design and evaluate tailored ABA treatment plans.
- Coach behavior technicians in treatment delivery.
- Empower parents/caregivers with ABA principles and techniques.
- Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team for holistic patient support.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification or imminent exam completion.
- Experience in creating and supervising individualized ABA programs.
- Ability to lead and mentor technicians effectively.
