About the role
We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ethical, innovative ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum and related developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train Behavior Therapists and RBTs in behavior change techniques.
- Create, monitor, and update individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
- Design data collection methods and oversee programming across home, community, and center settings.
- Conduct assessments and regularly meet with parents or guardians, providing ongoing training.
- Participate in coordination of care with other providers like schools, SLPs, and OTs.
- Oversee, train, and offer feedback to Student Analysts.
Requirements
- Valid BCBA certification; newly certified candidates encouraged to apply.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience working with young children with diverse diagnoses.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
