About the role
Overseeing behavioral services across K–12 special education programs in the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Implement and supervise ABA strategies in classroom settings.
- Train and coach teachers and staff on behavioral interventions.
- Collaborate with families and district teams to support student needs.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve program outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with IEPs, regulations, and clinical standards.
- Support program development and uphold clinical quality in the assigned region.
Qualifications & Skills
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or equivalent).
- Experience working with students with autism, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Strong collaboration, training, and coaching abilities.
- Data analysis skills and understanding of ABA strategies.
- Knowledge of special education regulations and IEP processes.
