ABA Behavior Analyst Join a team dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges. The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops and supervises behavior intervention plans tailored to children with autism, based on medical necessity. They assess, monitor progress, and modify treatment programs across various settings, including center-based, community, in-home, and telehealth. Responsibilities include creating individualized goals, providing direct therapy, conducting parent training, and supervising staff to ensure effective implementation of interventions.
