Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments to understand client needs.
- Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide in-home and community-based services to autistic children and families.
- Supervise behavior technicians and analyze data to inform interventions.
- Offer training and support to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with families and community partners to ensure effective service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
