Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for autistic children
• Supervise behavior technicians and provide training
• Deliver in-home and community-based ABA services
• Provide parent coaching and support
• Collect, analyze, and document data; write progress reports
• Collaborate with families, schools, and clinical team members

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience in ABA therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to gather and interpret data accurately
• Commitment to client-centered, family-focused care
