Responsibilities
- Investigate & Innovate: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop effective positive behavior support plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTS) and staff, sharing proactive strategies and de-escalation techniques.
- Monitor & Adjust: Track progress and modify programming to achieve developmental milestones.
- Collaborate: Work closely with families and clinical teams to foster a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in ABA or related field with current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; LBA certification preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- New graduates are welcome; mentorship provided for those new to the field.
