Human Resources Analyst
About the role
The Human Resource Analyst performs various Human Resources functions involving assisting the tracking of workforce training and development for the US Army. Given minimum instruction and supervision, handles correspondence, prepares reports, and arranges meetings.
Responsibilities
- Track workforce training and development.
- Maintain the training tracking system, analyze training needs, and schedule training.
- Track and report on acquisition certification status.
- Post, track, correct, and update the Human Resources SharePoint site.
- Maintain awards program data and operations.
- Conduct database management of HR personnel sites.
- Handle Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, documents, and PowerPoint presentations for recurring submissions to higher headquarters.
- Maintain logs, records, archives, and/or working files.
- Staff correspondence, prepare reports, and arrange meetings.
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of HR experience, or Associate's Degree with 5 years of experience, specialized in HR.
- Secret Clearance.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
