About the role
Responsible for managing HR personnel actions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Onboard new hires, including providing orientation and training materials.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.
- Administer benefits programs and handle related paperwork.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR or related field.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
