About the role

Responsible for managing HR personnel actions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Onboard new hires, including providing orientation and training materials.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.
  • Administer benefits programs and handle related paperwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR or related field.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
