Behavior Analyst

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide evidence-based ABA services in a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities Include Conducting functional assessmentsDeveloping individualized behavior intervention plansDelivering one-on-one and group therapy for pediatric and/or adult patientsPartnering with PT, OT, and SLP colleaguesSupervising behavior techniciansTraining caregivers to support carryover at home Qualifications And Skills Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)Experience in implementing ABA interventionsStrong collaboration and supervision skillsAbility to train and support caregiversCommitment to patient-centered, team-based care focused on measurable outcomes and quality of life This role offers mentorship, ongoing education, and growth opportunities into leadership within a expanding clinic network.
