Role: Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) overseeing ABA services in a clinic-based setting. Responsibilities Lead a team of behavior technicians, managing a caseload of 8-12 patients.Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans addressing communication, social skills, behavior reduction, and other goals.Coach and supervise technicians implementing treatment plans.Empower parents and caregivers with ABA principles and strategies for behavior change outside of sessions.Collaborate within an interdisciplinary care team including speech, occupational, and physical therapists. Qualifications & Skills Active BCBA certification.Experience in creating and supervising individualized treatment plans.Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
