Responsibilities
- Lead a team of behavior technicians, managing a caseload of 8-12 patients.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans addressing communication, social skills, behavior reduction, and other goals.
- Coach and supervise technicians implementing treatment plans.
- Empower parents and caregivers with ABA principles and strategies for behavior change outside of sessions.
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary care team including speech, occupational, and physical therapists.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience in creating and supervising individualized treatment plans.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
