About the role
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a member of the Divine Steps Therapy management team and is responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of the treatment plan.
- Develops individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and designs treatment plans based on functional assessment data.
- Ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote supervision of RBTs.
- Complete all necessary documentation.
- Provide quality parent training on a monthly basis
- Ensure billing, notes, and reports are conducted in a timely manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co- workers, supervisors, and community members
- Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary with Amazing Bonus structure or Hourly Rate
- Part Time Pay $100.00 Per billable hour. Full Time Pay $100,000 Salary (+Bonus structure).
