About the Role
As a Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will lead clinic-based ABA services for children with autism, managing a caseload of 8-12 patients. You will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team that may include speech, occupational, and physical therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to deliver effective ABA therapy tailored to each child's needs.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment strategies.
- Coach technicians in plan implementation and guide families in applying ABA techniques outside sessions.
- Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience in developing and implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
- Supervisory experience with technicians and team leadership skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
