Behavior Analyst

Role: Regional Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Responsibilities Lead Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and young adults across multiple programs.Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify behavior functions.Design and oversee individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.Supervise behavior technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing guidance and support.Collaborate with school districts, educators, and families to ensure ethical, high-quality, and evidence-based care. Qualifications And Skills Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.Excellent supervisory, collaboration, and communication skills.Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.Commitment to ethical standards and quality care.
