About the role

Part‑time W‑2 employment (not 1099), dedicated to the point of view brand. Scheduled at Sephora locations across the market. Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Become the in‑store POV expert and drive sales toward brand goals
• Educate shoppers and store teams on POV’s products and story
• Host and support POV launches and in‑store events
• Keep POV’s displays sharp and on‑brand
• Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app

Requirements

• 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand, or retail experience
• Genuine passion for POV and skincare
• Strong selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty events
• Confident, professional, team‑player attitude
• Drive to work independently
• Working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market

Pay

$25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Part‑time W‑2 hours; weekend availability required; shifts scheduled at Sephora locations throughout the Austin market.
